Daniel Tamerl war Teil des Innsbruck Forum für Bank-und Versicherungsrecht und beleuchtete bei einer Podiumsdiskussion die Bedeutung der Judikatur des EuGH und OGH für die Gestaltung von Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen .

Datenschutz ist kein Teil der AGB

Wird die Datenschutzerklärung in die AGB einbezogen, besteht ein hohes Risiko, dass die Datenschutzerklärung als Teil der AGB und nicht nur als Informationserteilung betrachtet wird. Clemens Handl zeigt in diesem Kontext mögliche Auswirkungen auf und gibt Empfehlungen ab.
